Carpet, rent, corpus, shifting, parking, amenities, timeline, guarantees and exclusions.

Clarifications

Raise ambiguities before the deadline and respond in writing to common clarifications.

Bid submission

Follow the exact format, sealing / digital protocol and deadline stated by the Society.

Technical / financial comparison

Expect the Society / PMC to verify claims, references, risks and offer comparability.

Negotiation + appointment

Record material changes before LOI / development agreement and member documentation.

Developer rule: never treat a preliminary meeting, broker introduction or PMC conversation as project award. The enforceable route depends on the Society's tender, approvals and executed legal documents.
